Todd Tresidder on Wealth Building Equation in Life

Tresidder has been a serial entrepreneur since childhood and made his money from the use of his expertise in statistics and risk management systems in managing hedge funds. Bringing technology to the investing space has allowed him to retire at the age of 35.

His advice about being in the real estate business is that you have to know what you’re doing and you have to understand market truths. When asked about how to get financial freedom, he says you just have to take your lumps and do it...live your life. Pay for something that will only put more money in your pocket than it costs you.

When asked if Mark has the best passive income model, Todd gives very interesting points to ponder such as the percentage of offers that get accepted, if there is a smooth business model that doesn’t take up too much time, cost structure knowledge, and knowledge of margins.
